When I see Serena on the tennis court, I think about Cindi Lauper and how she “…just wanna have fun” and beat her opponent. How she dominates any individual because “she’s on fire..” – Alicia Keys , or when she’s walking onto the court without having to say anything because her strut says “I’m coming out” – Diana Ross. Serena has been questioned about who she is and she never deviates from who she is — her whole aura says it and it reminds me of Emmy Meli ” I am woman, I am fearless, I am sexy…”.
