Please make sure you take several images of different subjects and choose your best photo. The photo must be big enough that I can see it. Below is the definition of shape as it pertains to this image. You also have an example post.

Create a blog post and title it ‘Week #2: Shape’

Shape: the external form, contours, or outline of someone or something A shape is an area enclosed by a line. It could be just an outline or it could be shaded in. It could be geometric or irregular. Shapes created in the space between shapes are referred to as negative space.

NOTE: All images must be taken by you and should be in black and white. You must take it in this week and not an old photo from your roll. Please answer the who what where how when and why in your reflection. Ask yourself how it represents the principle of design: shape.

Example Reflection:

It took me a long time to find a subject for this week. I found this tree in the parking lot of my sister’s condo. There were many holes in this tree and I took several pics before I found this one. I think it looks like a pear.🍐 It was taken in the evening as the sun was setting so only the rays were peeking through the clouds. I like this image because on the right side of this hole was another one that allowed a little light in to give it this fluorescent glow. What do you think?
